| New Quiznos restaurant open on Sutton Way Posted: 24 Sep 2010 11:16 AM PDT Grass Valley's second Quiznos is now open on Sutton Way. It was the right time to expand, said Kathryn Jechura, owner of both the downtown restaurant and the new location. "When I got the first franchise, I decided I might do two and purchased the second franchise, and had been looking for the right location," Jechura said. "Even with a bad economy, when you see the right opportunity you have to jump on it." Things have been difficult, but by working with Quiznos and working hard, she's been able to weather the downturn, she said. "If you have pride in your business, you will be successful," Jechura said. In its 30th year, the Denver-based national chain is now using "green" packaging. The new Quiznos, at 841 Sutton Way, will hold a grand opening celebration at 11 a.m. Saturday.
